Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days on unopened products. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
*Please note, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@liquidhi.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@liquidhi.com and send your item to: 1111 3rd Avenue SW, Carmel, IN 46032, U.S.A.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the purchaser and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1111 3rd Avenue SW, Carmel, IN 46032, U.S.A. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Shipping
Typically, all orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours after payment has processed. We work normal business hours M-F. Our official policy is to allow up to 72 hours for fulfillment to give Liquid Hi time to process all orders during periods of higher volume.
Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. For quicker shipping, we recommend ordering towards the beginning of the work week.
Once your package has shipped you will receive your tracking number via the email associated with your order. Please also note that your estimated shipping (2-3 business days) begins AFTER your order has shipped out of our offices.
All reshipments, regardless of reason, will be shipped signature required at Liquid Hi’s discretion.
